This Privacy Policy applies to the Get-Prest app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by CreativeBugsBySpna (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hello@defx.in, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hello@defx.in so they can take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. They provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.

Changes
